Her

extensive experience includes providing management consultations on addictions and mental

health and conflict in the workplace, navigating both unionized and non-unionized environments.

Michele's expertise extends to trauma response and violence threat assessment, equipping her

with a comprehensive skill set to address complex workplace challenges.

In 2020, as the global

pandemic unfolded, Michele faced a personal health crisis that resulted in septic shock, multiple

operations, and ICU stays, including a month on life support and an amputation.

This life-altering experience became a catalyst for personal and professional transformation. As

part of her recovery journey, she decided to explore the field of private investigation,

discovering a remarkable transferability of her professional knowledge and skills. 

This exploration

reignited her passionate desire to continue helping people and organizations, leading to

the birth of Catalyst Investigations. Drawing from her background in social work and her newfound

investigative skills, her approach emphasizes the importance of supportive collaboration

and partnerships in addressing complex issues.
